Welcome to the new VIRTUAL OFFICE. This space, which replaces the previous PRIVATE AREA, will allow you to manage your contract(s) comfortably from here.
If you are already registered in the PRIVATE ZONE, you can continue to access all your data and contracts. However, before accessing the VIRTUAL OFFICE for the first time, you must update your password by following these simple steps:
1. Click on the option “Have you forgotten your password?” A new window will open where you must inform the e-mail address you used to access the PRIVATE AREA.
2. You will receive an email with a link to change/confirm your password.
3. Access this link and a window will open where you will have to enter twice the password you want to use (if you wish, you can continue using the same password you have used up to now).
4. Finally, you will receive a new e-mail confirming the password update.
5. You will now be able to access the new Virtual Office normally, using your e-mail address and new password.
If you are not registered in the PRIVATE AREA, click on the “Register me” option and follow the instructions in this section to access all the procedures and your data and contract(s).
