Recently there has been an increase in thefts of water meters. These events often occur late morning or early afternoon by people impersonate our staff.

Our Customer Services Department, having received the notification of the subtraction of a meter from a building will pass the order to proceed with the replacement of the removed meters in the shortest time possible (usually the same day), installing the correct meter.
The next working day, our Customer Services Department will contact the contract holder to resolve any administrative questions and to invoice the new meter, with no exceptions.
